Details
This heirloom was introduced by Ben Quisenberry in Ohio. One theory is that this variety was named by Ben Quisenberry after a bible reference, as Ben was a very religious man. The speculation is that the 'Stump' being referred to is the stump or root of Jesse in the bible. Stump of the World produces 10-20 oz. pink beefsteaks that have an excellent sweet flavor. If you love Brandywine tomatoes, you’ll love this one! Perfect for salads and sandwiches. Medium to high yields.
