Details
Wooly Kate produces small 1”-1 ½” round fruits that are fuzzy and have anthocyanin-colored shoulders when exposed to direct sunlight. The fruits are covered with a light peach fuzz and have juicy, sweet flesh. Apparently, the woolly types are from a mutation that was found in a field of Rutgers. Rare!
