Details
Chinese origin. Named for the beautiful yellow Topaz stone. Topaz produces 1-3 oz. fruits that are light yellow with green and gold speckles. When very ripe, the fruits will appear pearly and translucent. Their flavor is mildly sweet and tangy. Excellent for snacking or in salads.
