An heirloom well named as its fruit is the size, shape and approximate color of a chicken's egg. Pale, ivory, fruit eventually turns creamy-yellow and has a mild sweet flavor. This interesting and unusual tomato is excellent for salads, platters, salsa and gourmet dishes.
