Details
Indian Stripe was discovered in the garden of Clyde Burson of Arkansas and is a distinctive strain of Cherokee Purple. The 6-12 oz. medium-size beefsteaks are dusky purple with faint stripes that fade as the tomatoes ripen. The flavor is sweet, tangy and slightly smoky, but milder than Cherokee Purple. Perfect for sandwiches, salads, slicing, and making sauce.
