Be My Baby, a remarkable cherry tomato, is the culmination of over a decade of dedicated plant breeding, ingeniously crossing three renowned tomatoes: an heirloom potato-leaf beefsteak, an orange cherry, and a red cherry tomato. The breeding journey, initiated in 1997, aimed to develop a red cherry tomato with regular tomato foliage, a goal now successfully achieved. Be My Baby's flavor pedigree is impeccable, having been bred from a blend of three varieties famous for their exceptional taste: the Brandywine, Sungold hybrid, and Sweet Baby Girl hybrid.
