Details
Absinthe is a rare 10-20 oz. beefsteak that turns pale green when ripe. Sometimes fruits have amber or pinkish blush at the bottom end. It’s a good slicer which can be used like any other tomato with a flavor that is sweet and tangy. Outstanding and delicious!
