Details

The Red Zebra Tomato is a vibrant and flavorful indeterminate cherry tomato variety, celebrated for its stunning appearance and tangy-sweet taste. Originally developed by Jeff Dawson as a natural cross between the famous Green Zebra Tomato and an unknown parent, this variety is a visual and culinary delight.

The medium-sized plants are highly productive, yielding an abundance of 2-3 inch, round fruits with a striking red base and light yellow striping—some might even describe it as yellow fruit with red striping. These tomatoes are not only beautiful but also deliver a delightful burst of flavor. Their sweet taste is complemented by a slightly acidic finish, making them a perfect balance of sweet and tangy.

The Red Zebra Tomato is versatile and shines in salads, salsas, or as a fresh snack. With its uniform fruit size, disease resistance, and high yields, it’s an excellent choice for both home gardeners and market growers. Add a pop of color and exceptional flavor to your garden with this showstopping variety!
