These brilliantly-colored stems are indeed a rainbow! Bright yellows, pinks, crimsons, oranges, purples, whites, and greens. Some are even striped! Delicious stir fried or as steamed greens. Many keep their color even after cooking. Harvest the baby leaves of Rainbow Swiss chard and add color to your salads.
