VERY RARE. Before the millennium, this type of paprika was produced in very large quantities in Hungary. Since then, the importance and the industrial production of this paprika has been declining. Due to its high sugar content and specific flavor, it is very popular in Hungary to eat fresh. Pritamin Paprika peppers are one of the highest vitamin C peppers with a pleasant sweetness and a thick, succulent flesh. In addition to its versatility in the kitchen, Pritamin Paprika peppers do well as a dried powder. Non-Isolated.
