Also known as Ronde de Nice, this delicious French heirloom squash grows on compact bush type plants and heavily produces 3 to 4" round fruits. You can hollow them out and stuff them, or slice and steam them as you would any other zucchini type squash. Great in salads, baked, stir-fried or in zucchini bread. Keep fruits picked for continuous harvest.
