A very popular, easy to grow and reliable variety, Medania spinach produces an abundance of dark green leaves. Long standing if grown in good, moist soil which is kept watered during dry weather. Spinach is ideal for succession sowing to give a longer cropping period. Broad, deep green leaves; ideal for freezing. Rich In vitamins A and C, beta-carotene, lutein and dietary fiber.
