Details
The old standard since 1925 and introduced around 1826. Bloomsdale is a large, spreading spinach that produces heavy, continuous yields of thick-textured, dark green, glossy, savoyed curled leaves with a rich flavor. Slow bolting, but grows best in cool weather. Spinach is very nutritious – lots of vitamins A and C, and iron.
