Details
This dark-green bean has been a standard since 1961. Blue Lake Bush #274 is nearly fiber-free, produces prolifically over a long season and has excellent flavor, fresh or frozen. Plump, tender pods are 5-6" long, with white seeds. Since the beans mature its big crop all at once, you are able to can or freeze any of your beans in one big batch. Also a good container variety. Plants yield early and need no support.
