Details
Wallflowers are short-lived perennials that are often grown as annuals. The frost-tolerant plants brighten up gardens in early spring with their vibrant orange phlox-shaped flowers. Wallflowers have a lovely scent and attract butterflies. They are used as cut flowers, in dried arrangements, potpourri, and as a fabric dye. They tolerate poor soil and reseed freely.
