Collected at our farm, Renegade Acres, in Howell, MI during the summer. Our Raw, Unfiltered Summer Wildflower Honey is amazingly sweet, light, floral and very aromatic.

Our honey is produced by our own bees, on our 7 acre organic farm located in Howell, MI. We only treat our bees using natural methods. Our honey is raw because it is not heated before we bottle it. This leaves all of the natural enzymes and other magic intact for you to enjoy. Our honey is unfiltered because we only pass it through a screen to remove large chunks of wax rather than pushing it through high-end filters. This leaves the microscopic pollen particles in the honey, giving the honey better flavor and possible allergen fighting properties. We also never mix or adulterate our honey - it goes directly from the hive to the bottle.

Real, raw honey crystallizes.
We offer both Regular (Non-Crystalized) and Crystalized style honey.

The crystallization process is natural and spontaneous. Pure, raw and unheated honey has a natural tendency to crystallize over time with no effect on the honey other than color and texture. Some of our honey has naturally crystalized, some has not. You can choose which style you prefer!

What's more, the crystallization of honey actually preserves the flavor and quality characteristics of your honey. Many honey users prefer it in this state as it is easier to spread on bread or toast. Indeed, some raw honey recipes can be easier to make with partially or fully-crystallized honey.

Crystallized honey also tastes richer. When the honey is in a crystallized state it takes longer to melt on your tongue, allowing all of your taste buds to activate and pick up on the subtleties.
