Also known as Red Meat. A beautiful and antique treasure from China. These large 2-4" round roots have white and green skin, but the magic is in their rose-red center which is so sweet, crisp, and delicious. Perfect for salads, stir-fries, garnishes, and cooking. Best grown in cool weather.
