Mild Pepper 'Tobago'

Mild Heat (2,000 SHU). The Tobago pepper is traditionally used in Caribbean cooking as it has a habanero fruity flavor, but without the added heat. Strong, smoky, tropical fruit-like flavor. Mild, but some heat. Wonderful for cooking and as a seasoning.
