This prolific producing heirloom lettuce is a treat for the eyes as well as the palate, with its striking red color and distinctive taste. Ruby Red lettuce is a traditional leaf lettuce grown from space saving, mid-sized compact plants. This is a very heat tolerant variety that is slow to bolt. Excellent for garnishes. Adds color to salads.
