Details

Low, compact plants with finely curled, bluish-green leaves. Great cooked or fresh in salads. Excellent for kale chips. Grows best in cool weather, and the flavor improves with a light frost. Can be grown as a spring or fall crop. Rich in Vitamins A, C, K, b6, calcium and magnesium.
