Details
If you like Thai food, these are the peppers you find in almost all Thai dishes. Their fiery zing adds incredible heat and spiciness to Asian cuisine! This pepper was also the original one used in Sriracha sauce. The plant blossoms profusely and produces a bounty of heirloom peppers that grow in an upright direction. The thin-skinned 1-1/2" peppers mature from green to red. Peppers can also be dried and used for making hot pepper sauce. Non-Isolated.
