Details
Hatch chilis are favorites among chili veterans. They can be used for enchiladas, stew, sauces, and much more. These hatch chilis are less suited for making big rellenos, but they are still large enough to make smaller ones. Typically, Hatch chilis provide a great blend of flavor and heat and grow to 4-8" in length. Non-Isolated.
