Part of the Chinese government's 1987 "space chili" program, the Hangjiao 5 is a mutation resulting from sending vegetable seeds into space to increase size and yields to combat China's rising population. They are one of the most unique peppers in the garden and they are highly productive their size and shapes are incredible. Some are long and curved, some are spirals, and all taste fruity and delicious. Non-Isolated.
