Details
This pepper hails from the southern rainforests of Brazil. Plants produce tons of apple shaped peppers that ripen from green to orange red. The heat is mild to medium and the flavor is fruity but not too sweet. Very fresh tasting and crunchy peppers with a warm, glowing burn. Growing very fast, these plants will need support as they shoot out vine like branches all over. The Aji Rainforest chiles can be stuffed with cheese or meats. They are also good for salads, sauces, fresh salsa and pickling. Non-Isolated.
