Details
The Yellow Scotch Brain pepper was created by crossing a Scotch Bonnet and the Yellow 7 Pot Brain Strain. This pepper has a citrusy flavor and an intense heat level that puts it at the lower end of the superhot category. Yellow Scotch Brain peppers look somewhat like the Yellow Trinidad Moruga Scorpion pepper, but there are a few slight differences as the Yellow Scotch Brain is flatter and not as round. Fresh ripe pods of the Yellow Scotch Brain have high concentrations of capsicum oil on the inside walls. These are an excellent choice for a hot sauce. Another great option would be to powder them up and get a volcanic chilli powder. You can even cut thin slices and sprinkle them over your dish. Non-Isolated.
