The Yellow Carolina Reaper is a cross between a Red Carolina Reaper and a Yellow Trinidad Moruga Scorpion. If you love beautiful yellow peppers and extreme spiciness, this is the one for you! It has a citrus flavor that is especially popular in tropical cuisine. Excellent for beef jerky, jerk sauces, pickling, and making salsa, hot sauce, and seasoning spice powder. A rare strain. Non-Isolated.
