A traditional ingredient in jerk seasoning in the Caribbean. The Tobago seasoning pepper plant will grow to 3' tall, and the pods will ripen from green, orange, to finally a striking red color. These pepper pods are also excellent for sauces, fresh salsa, soups, stews, and salads. Non-Isolated.
