These long, slender, thin-walled peppers are very popular for drying and using as a spice, ground into a powder, in hot sauces, pickles, and salsa, as well as used medicinally. Also perfect for adding a kick to a Bloody Mary or to vodka. Cayenne peppers can be used threaded onto a string as attractive 'Ristra' craft decorations as well. Non-Isolated.
