Details

30,000 SHU. Hinkelhatz Yellow, an heirloom chili pepper from the United States, was aptly named by its Pennsylvania Dutch cultivators. Translating to "chicken heart," the name reflects the size and shape of the chili. Ideal for creating chili powders or pickling, these peppers also serve well in cooking, adding heat without overwhelming the dish.
