The Green Trinidad Scorpion has medium-thick walls that start off green and ripen to a slight mustard color to a greenish yellow. The peppers are very crunchy with a unique, pleasant, mild flavor. They are great in relishes, stir-fries, pickled or fresh in a salad. Non-Isolated.
