Big Jim Legacy has thick flesh, mild heat, and an incredible New Mexican chili flavor. This large 8” pepper is a favorite for stuffed chile rellenos and roasting. The pods peel easily and have thick flesh with the perfect amount of heat and flavor. When dried red, Legacy can be used to make a delicious red enchilada sauce.
