Details
Aji Mango peppers have a wonderful, fruity, mango-like flavor, along with moderate heat. It's a different kind of fruitiness from other chiles like poblanos: less sharp and harsh, more full-bodied, and a lot more subtle. The pods grow up to a couple of inches long and ripen to an orange-red. Aromatic in both taste and smell. These peppers are flavorful and spicy and can be used for a multitude of dishes, especially anything South American. Non-Isolated.
