Details
This Hungarian heirloom is excellent for short season areas. The medium to hot peppers are light yellow in color and turn bright red when ripe. They are usually picked in their yellow stage, and set fruit over a long season. The peppers grow to around 5 inches long and are tapered. They are very popular for canning, drying, pickling, frying, and roasting. Excellent used fresh in salads too!
