Details
This daylily mix consists of a wide variety of seeds from our collection of over 25 daylily varieties. All flowers have been cross-pollinated by insects and resulting blooms from seeds will be variable, but interesting! If you’d like to try growing daylilies from seed and like surprises, try these!
Dayliles are so named because each flowers lasts for only one day. To make up for this, there are many flower buds on each daylily flower stalk, and many stalks in each clump of plants, so, the flowering period of a clump is usually several weeks long. And, many cultivars have more than one flowering period.
Daylilies are not troubled by diseases or pests and bloom for years with virtually no attention. They are very beautiful and hardy perennial plants for mixed borders and beds.
