A multipurpose super herb! Curly Dock’s taproot is used in a wide range of medicinal applications; its color rich seeds make a beautiful rosy-brown natural dye; and its mature leaves can be sautéed or enjoyed in salads. (Caution: very young leaves can numb tongue.)
Wild harvested organic curly dock(yellow dock) seeds are unroasted gluten-free alternatives to flour. The seeds can be roasted and ground into a powder for a nutritious substitute in bread, crackers and so much more!
