Excellent for frying, roasting and boiling! Red Norland's moist, firm white flesh is tasty fried and in potato pancakes. Their thin skin and small eyes make peeling easy. Specifically developed for northern growers and short seasons but found to be widely adaptable in many climates. Potatoes store well.

Resistant to Potato Virus A; moderate resistance to common scab and rhizoctonia.

Ready to Harvest in 70-90 Days

Grown and Harvested on our small farm in Howell, MI.
