Hardneck. Porcelain type. Polish Hardneck was originally collected by Rick Bangert of Idaho. This garlic is a vigorous, reliable and very popular heirloom which produces very tall, impressive plants and beautiful, large bulbs. Excellent strong flavor with an abrupt, immediate heat that lingers and a good storer. Stores for 7-9 months.
