Hardneck. Bangkok Thai Fire is a Turban garlic originally from Bangkok with a rich, complex flavor. Nut brown to royal purple colored bulb covers give way to cloves that gradually increase in heat intensity from first bite. 6-8 cloves per bulb. Stores for 6-7 months. Hot.
