Certified Organic Adirondack Blue Seed Potatoes

Moist, flavorful flesh is superb for mashing or salads. Also good for steaming or au gratin. Purple flesh color holds well, especially when roasted. Very high in antioxidants. The plants are ostentatious with sprawling blue-tinted foliage. Moderate storage with short dormancy.

Adirondack Blue is susceptible to scab, scurf and CPB, but their appearance is awfully festive!

Grown and Harvested on our small farm in Howell, MI.

Certified Organic by Oregon Tilth.

Shipping begins in early April.

NOTE: Storage life is short, so seed may be ugly when it arrives. Plant them anyway - they’ll be just fine.
