Early Golden Acre produces high quality, tight, round, 6" diameter heads that average 3-4 pounds each. They are medium green with a white interior on compact, short stems, and are suitable for close space plantings/small gardens. Sweet, green leaves are refreshing in salads. Excellent for coleslaw or stir fry. Delicious and rich in vitamins and minerals.
