This Italian basil from Tuscany produces large crinkled or bubbly/wavy textured leaves that are sweet and delicious! It has a mild basil flavor with hints of licorice. The very aromatic leaves can be used in salads, sauces, soups, and in Caprese salads. This is a rare and uncommon variety that can’t be found easily.
