Details

Very flavorful, flat and deeply cut leaves on stocky stems. A superior type with tantalizing flavor for omelets, salads, dressings, stews, vegetables, poultry, fish, sauces, eggs, soups, soft cheeses and as an ingredient in pesto. Attractive as a garnish. Considered to aid digestion. Its flavor is much more pronounced than that of the more familiar curled type.
