Details

Also known as Vezeni Piperki, which translates to “embroidered,” Vesena, which translates to “stitched” and the Elefant pepper. It is so named because of the extreme corking on the peppers. This Macedonian heirloom has a mild to medium heat that has an amazing sweet flavor behind the heat. The long-podded, prolific peppers ripen from green to red. Traditionally dried or roasted in Macedonia, they are by far the most unusual looking peppers we have grown.
