This heirloom is said to have been introduced in 1941. The 8-16 oz. fruit is very flavorful, fragrant, fruity and intensely sweet. It is creamy white in color and is very attractive. This productive variety has become very rare. Excellent for sandwiches, salads, sauces, and gourmet dishes.
