This basil is a common ingredient in Thai and Vietnamese cooking and is great in salads, soups and curries. It is also a wonderful addition to any stir fry or steamed vegetable dish. Thai basil has an intensely sweet, anise-like fragrance and flavor, with a hint of mint and citrus. Perfectly suited for containers.
